No, you will be required order online. But don't worry. We use secure payment methods and reliable shipping couriers.

Insured Shipping
All of our orders are shipped using insured shipping methods. You can order with peace knowing it will arrive safe and sound, otherwise we will have to pay for it! Luxe Jeweler's will place a new order if your package is lost in transit, damaged, or contains missing items. you are 100% covered!

When you click the "Proceed to Checkout" button in your shopping cart, you will be prompted to log in to your account or create an account.
- Step 2
If you do not already have an account, you will be prompted to create an account with your shipping address information. Select "Use this address for billing" if your billing address matches your shipping address, then proceed to the next step.
- Step 3
If you unchecked the "Use this address for billing" checkbox, you can now enter your billing address.
- Step 4
To complete your order, all you need to do is check the order total and enter your payment details. Then click on the "Pay now" button. Once you have completed payment, you will receive an order number and a confirmation email with your order details. As simple as this.
Once we receive your order
Once you have placed your order, you will be directed to an order confirmation with the details of your order. This information will also be emailed to you, but it may take up to 30 minutes to arrive. Once our warehouse team has processed your order, you will receive a second email to notify you that your order has shipped. If an email does not appear to have arrived, please check your spam folder.
